Our Preschool provides a Christian based program incorporating hands-on learning activities. A highpoint of each week is Chapel time. Parents are welcome visitors at all times. Others may also visit Chapel Time and/or classrooms; but are requested to make an appointment first, through the Preschool.

Numerous special events throughout the year provide parents with opportunities to get to know teachers and see what the children are learning.

All teachers have degrees and each classroom has a full-time assistant working with the teacher.

Our spacious classrooms are twice the normal size and we have access to all areas of the church, as needed. A modern safety-inspected playground allows children to be outside most of the year.

 
Activity Description
.Chapel Time  Weekly Chapel Time -- BLESSING CENTER -- for each class provides an opportunity for the children and their teachers to sing, share blessings and concerns with each other and God and for each child to receive an individual affirmation of God's blessing from the leader.
Books, Books, Books!  This is one of our favorate pasttimes! We just love to READ! Many exciting books are incorporated into our daily curriculum to help instill a love of reading with each of our students!
Creative WritingChildren have fun creating imaginative stories that are shared with their class. Children create individual stories as well as whole group stories. We also create "Collaborative Books" that the children check out and take home to read.
Daily Activities  A wide variety of activities engage our Preschool children each day in opportunities to grow socially, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually.
Musical ProgramsAll of our preschool classes perform a variety of musical shows. Each class does a Spring Concert which includes "River Ranch" which is our wonderful preschool rodeo, our annual Memorial Preschool Circus, and a fabulous "Mother Goose Play".
Science Experiments  Our classes participate in many classroom science and math experiments. These group activities are all "hands-on" learning experiences.
Seasonal Parties and Activities  Each preschool class celebrates many seasonal parties and activities to include "Fall Festival", the Indian/Pilgrim Festival, Thanksgiving Feast, "Happy Birthday Jesus Party", a visit from Santa, Valentine and Easter parties, Mother's Day Teas, "Deli with Dad", and much more.
Snack Time  We furnish snacks each day for our students from two different food groups as required by our licensing regulations.
Yankee Candle FundraiserOur yearly September Yankee Candle Fundraiser provides the money to support families who need a scholarship in order to attend the Preschool.
